Two of three positive patients in the Central Hulu Sungai (HST) had recovered and now there is only one left, said the district's task force for the handling of the COVID-19.

"After 24 days of treatment and isolation in the H Damanhuri Barabai Hospital, two Barabai Sub-district residents with HST-02 and HST-03 codes were declared recovered," said the spokesperson of the task force, dr Muhammad Asnal, Tueasday (May 5, 2020).

The two, who were in the category of People With No Symptoms(OTG) after a swab re-testing on Monday (May 4) had negative results. However, both patients are required to remain at home for seven days.

According to the HST Health Agency data dated May 6, 2020, the number of People Under Monitoring (ODP) continues to decrease to the remaining 21. As many as 216 people had completed the monitoring period.

Meanwhile, as many as 17 people from Gowa cluster, who previously underwent isolation at the former building of Akper Murakata have been declared healthy and negative based on swab tests conducted by the medical team. They all can go home.

The return of the Jamaah Tabligh was seen off by HST Regent H A Chairansyah, Wednesday (May 6).

Head of HST Health Office drg H Kusudiarto acknowledged he was relieved after knowing the swab test results of the 17 people. "That is why we announce the results immediately, so the public does not worry," he said.
