The South Kalimantan Provincial Government has awarded the District Government of North Hulu Sungai (HSU) for the best management of DAK (special allocation fund) and village fund (DD). 


The Governor H Sahbirin Noor handed over the award to the Regent of HSUH Abdul Wahid HK at the event of submission of budget execution lists (DIPA) and funds transfer to regions (TK) and Village Funds (DD) year 2020 at the governor office in Banjarbaru, Wednesday (Nov27, 2019).

"Alhamdulillah, the various effort we have made have received appreciation and award from the Provincial Government of South Kalimantan," Abdul Wahid remarked.

Related to DAK physical and village fund management, Wahid acknowledged, the HSU government is committed to improve human resources of village chiefs to be able to properly manage the village development budget.

HSU administration, he continued, conduct supervision on the management of DAK and DD so their uses were in accordance to the plan.

In the future, Wahid also seek better management of DAK physical and village fund, either in absorption or in its reporting.

The governor congratulated the regents and mayors who received awards.

He asked them to maintain the effectiveness and accountability in the use of budget as well as financial governance to its accountability to prevent misuse.
 
He also asked the strong commitment and support from the district and city government to the development program carried out by the central or provincial government.
