The Regent of Barito Kuala (Batola) Hj Noormiliyani AS won a national achevement, the Compliance Predicate Award for Public Service Standards in the year 2019.

The Indonesian Ombudsman has bestowed the award in the sideline of a Seminar on Complaints Handling and Progressive and Partici[atory Methods (Propartif) at JS Luwansa Hotel, South Jakarta, Wednesday (Nov 27).

It was the first Compliance Predicate Award for Public Service Standards received by the Batola District, South Kalimantan.

The award was given to local government who have committed to meet public service standards in accordance with Law No.25/2009 on Public Service.

Regent Hj Noormiliyani AS herself claimed to be grateful for the achievement. "This shows our commitment to meeting service standards that our regional apparatuses have provided excellent service to the public," she remarked.

The seminar and conferment of compliance predicate 2019 held by the Indonesian Ombudsman was opened by Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs Mahfud MD. It was also attended by Foreign Minister Retno Marsudi, Religious Affairs Minister Fachrul Razi, Dutch Ambassador Lambert Grijins, Ahmad Doli Kurnia, and all Ombudsman commissioners, as well as institutional leaders and regional heads who received the awards.
