Tanjung, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - For the second time, Open Junior High School (SMP Terbuka) of Jaro, Tabalong, enter national nomination for motivation to learn independently (Lomojari) race.

"Previously it was nominated for the 2011 national SMP's Lomojari and this year it represented South Kalimantan in the same event," said Head of Secondary and High Education of Tabalong Education Agency, Sujadi, here on Friday.

Jaro's SMP Terbuka which represented by Abdul Wafa Alkarim, Rahmayani and Rosyelin Endo Mario previously won number 1 race of self-motivation learning for the provincial level on August 26 to 27 in Banjarmasin.

This race, said Sujadi, as one of the government's efforts to stimulate and encourage students to learn independently.

In Tabalong, the number of students in SMP Terbuka up to 62 persons includes 41 of Jaro's Open Junior High school and as many as 21 from Tanta's.

Sujadi added this year national achievement also achieved by SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung for science race  in geography held in Bandung September 2.
