BPK (fire brigade) Rahel won the firefighting agility race in Kotabaru District on Sunday (21/7).
"Thank God, tired of the team producing maximum results in order to continue our senior struggle," said Syaiful Yazan, one of Rahel's members.
The fire brigade whose headquartered on Jalan SMP 5, Baharu SelatanVillage, Pulau Laut Utara Subdistrict, successfully repeated the achievement last year. Not only won first place, but also second place.
Furthermore, BPK Rahel will again represent Kotabaru in the South Kalimantan Province BPK agility race next November.
The fire fighting agility competition is carried out by the Kotabaru District Fire and Rescue Service (DPKP) every year.
This year the competition was held at the football field in Stagen Village and was attended by 17 teams. Some fire brigade have two teams at once.
"In addition to testing skills, this activity also serves as a venue for inter-BPK friendship," said Head of DPKP Kotabaru Ibnu B Foen.
The committee prepares coaching prize money for the winners, the first winner is Rp8 million from BPK Rahel A, second winner BPK Rahel B Ep Rp6 million, third place for the BPK Stagen Rp4 million and fourth place for the Gapuk A Rp3 million.
