Jakarta (Antaranews Kalsel) - Regent of Barito Kuala (Batola), South Kalimantan, Hj Noormiliyani AS said, after receiving the second Adipura in 2018, she was determined to maintain the cleanliness award from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (LHK).
"We will maintain the success of Adipura 2018 in 2019," said Batola Regent Hj Noormiliyani AS after receiving the 2018 Adipura from Indonesian Vice President Jusuf Kalla at the Manggala Wanabakti Building of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry on Monday (1/14).
To maintain that, she said, she would carry out the input of the Minister of LHK that in determining the environmental hygiene policy, namely 70 percent of the regional head and 30 percent of the handling.
"The role and policies of the regional head are very much needed in dealing with waste and hygiene, the minister asks the regional heads to carry out a 70 percent policy and 30 percent handling of cleanliness," she said.
Among the hygiene issues that concern her is the market. She asked, traders in the market do not dispose of litter because it can reduce the assessment of Adipura.
"I urge the fish traders in the market not to throw the rest of the fish in any place. Dispose of it in the right place," she pleaded.
