According to him, after PT FOTS's permit was officially closed by the Tanah Laut District Government, it was asked to immediately move to the location of the industrial estate.
"To find a new place, the district government gives one year and at this time the tolerance has ended until July 2018," he said.
He explained, based on the Tanah Laut Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW), the industrial area is Bati-Bati or Jorong Subdistrict.
The Tanah Laut Coordination Meeting on April 25, 2017, was led by the District Secretary issued the minutes of the meeting No: 012 TimBKPRD/TR/ 2017 with the agreement that the local government could take the permanent closure of the PT FOTS factory activities.
