Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, remains safe after the fire of self propelled oil barge (SPOB) Srikandi ship on Friday at around 02:00.
Yudi said once the ship was burned, Pertamina immediately anticipate that the fire does not affect the condition of fuel supply in the fuel terminal which is the main supply of fuel for Banjarmasin and surroundings.
According to him, the available fuel stock in Banjarmasin terminal is currently 9,143,000 liters. The details are 4.6 million liters of diesel, 225 thousand liters of Pertamina Dex, 530 thousand liters Premium (gasoline), 373 thousand liters of Pertamax, and 3,515,000 liters of Pertalite.
The next supply has arrived on Friday (25/5) in the form of 1,824,000 liters of diesel fuel, 2,957,000 liters of premium and 2,058,000 liters Pertamax.
"On Friday afternoon it is also planned the next supply of 5.453,000 liters of diesel will arrive," he said.
Fuel delivery will be done on that day from Kotabaru's fuel terminal as much as 2.7 million liters Premium, 600 thousand liters of Pertamax and 2.4 million liters of Pertalite and is expected to arrive at Banjarmasin Fuel Terminal.
In the next two days, Sunday (27/5), shipments will also be made for diesel fuel as much as 3.7 million liters from Balikpapan Refinery.
Banjarmasin fuel terminal is one of the main supply of fuel points in South Kalimantan which has 106 gas stations (SPBU).
Other South Kalimantan's "supply point" is Kotabaru's fuel terminal with tanks capacity of 70 million liters plus a floating storage capacity of 85 million liters.
According to Yudi, SPOB Srikandi fire occurred at 02.00 pm and had been extinguished at 04.00 pm in jetty 3 Banjarmasin fuel terminal. No casualties. All crews are found safe.
