Head of the agency Kursani through the Head of Data Management and Population (PIAK) Gento Hariyadi in Batulicin Tuesday said the cooperation started in April 2018.
"The role of Post Office is to send the documents belonging to the community that has previously been submitted, e-ID card, Family Card (KK), Birth Certificate, and Child Identity Card (KIA)," he said.
He explained people who propose e-ID, KK and others are usually not completed on the same day, so it must be left for several days. Upon completion, the Post Office sends the file to the address concerned with free of charge.
The advantage is that people no longer need to come to the Disdukcapil office to pick up the documents because the Post Office will deliver them.
He appealed to the people who have not done e-ID recording to immediately come to Disdukcapil for the verification of population
data.
