"While the coastal tourism seems to be South Kalimantan cannot compete with the beaches of other provinces," he said in Banjarmasin, Tuesday, after the commission members' comparative study to Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB).
According to the legislator representing the electoral districts of Banjarbaru and Tanah Laut, the natural condition of other provinces beach tourism is quite good. For example, Senggigi Beach and other waters in NTB is cleaner.
"While the coastal water in our area is cloudy, perhaps because the river flow contaminated by particles of mining activities and other activities that resulted in eroded soil," he said toAntaranewsKalsel.
