Banjarmasin, S Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - PT Sebuku Group through its legal counsel Yusril Ihza Mahendra sued South Kalimantan Governor to the State Administrative Court (PTUN) Banjarmasin on Friday.

"We registered the state administrative lawsuit for three permits of PT Sebuku coal production operations, which were revoked by the Governor on January 26," Yusril said in Banjarmasin on Friday.

Yusril also claimed to be ready to conduct resistance in terms of the law.

He also hopes that the justice can run fairly and escape from the political interest and pressure factors, including the interests of other entrepreneurs who also want the land.

Related to the reason of the Governor revoked the permit because the people of Pulau Laut refused, according to Yusril, it has reviewed that only a small proportion of community members contra on mining in Kotabaru.
