Paringin, (Antaranews South Kalimantan) - Six State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of Balangan Government were dismissed with respect not at their own request.

Head of the Balangan Employment, Education and Training Agency Sufriannor revealed that the dismissal was read openly at the morning ceremony on Monday (22/1) at the Regent Office.

"There were seven ASNs were punished, six of which were dismissed with respect, not at their own request, and one ASN is given a lower-ranking demotion for three months," he explained.

Their mistakes are one person related to the drug, one sold an illegal drug, and five others related to absent of more than 46 days.

The sanctions given hopefully could affect the discipline level of other ASN, so as to improve their performance in the public services.

"If they discipline, certainly support the vision and mission of regional leaders, then the empowerment and optimization of human resources of the state civil apparatus will have a great impact on the progress of public services," he explained.

According to the direction of Regent Balangan H Ansharuddin, he said, in 2018 the increase in the discipline will be more strict, do not play games, if violate the rule will be dismissed.

"There are still many out there who hope to be ASN, God willing in the near future we will recruit civil servant. The government will not hesitate to act decisively until the sanction of dismissal, so please improve discipline," he said.
