Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan 3/9 (AntaranewsKalsel) - Banjarbaru Mayor Nadjmi Adhani said the mindset of the state civil apparatus (ASN) of the city government has changed for the better than before.

"We can be sure that the mindset of Banjarbaru city government service is better. They dare to refuse if anyone promises something in the service," he said in Banjarbaru on Sunday.

He said ASN's commitment is in line with the spirit of Nadjmi Adhani-Darmawan Jaya Setiawan's leadership in the second year that carried the slogan "Banjarbaru has changed".

The change is mainly related to public services provided by ASN to the public and the slogan has started to run by every apparatus in offices.

"I heard myself through people who intentionally provoke ASN to behave outside the procedure, but answered we have changed and do not lure us," said the mayor.

The change in service to a better direction occurs in almost all services starting in the urban village, sub-district to agencies as the spearhead of service.

"If you want to prove, please come to the public service centers and can be seen how ASN provided the services is in accordance with the standards and rules apply," he said.

According to him, the change in ASN's mindset is also influenced by the warnings delivered at each meeting and sticking in their minds.

On the other hand, the existence of an illegal levies eradication task force (Saber Pungli)also plays a role in changing the attitude of ASN from asked to be served to a servant for every society.

"We warn at all times that ASN does not commit acts outside the rules and regulations. Also in the service must be able to provide the best," he said.
