Some witnessed told, said Made, the son slashed his own mother using a small machete and wounded her left hand.

The victim tried to get up, but was kicked by the perpetrator and fell again and the perpetrator slashed her again using big machete till her right shoulder slashed.

Pugaan police went after him right after getting the information from people around.

Together with Crime with Violence Unit, who cam to help, they made a team and caught the perpetrator at the village hall of Halangan in Pugaan Sub-district.

Then they sought the evidence thrown away by the perpetrator to the Tabalong River. Eventually they found it.

"For what he did the perpetrator charged with Article 44 Paragraph (1) jo Article 5 Sub-Article a of Law of Republic of Indonesia No. 23 Year 2004 on the Elimination of Domestic Violence," he asserted.
