Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - The Jatanras (crime and violence) Unit of Banjarmasin City Police busted two perpetrators of fake documents ring in this city.


"The case has been disclosed originated from a rider caught in traffic raid and it turned out he used a fake driver's license (SIM), then we develop," said Banjarmasin Police Chief Kombes Drs Wahyono MH here, Tuesday.

From the owner of the fake driver's license, MIF, police got a clue, and on May 20, 2016 around 23.30 pm, police arrested the perpetrators of the fake SIM producing.

First offender who was arrested known as Nor Ifansyah alias Ifan, resident of Banjarmasin.

Ifan was then interrogated and he admitted that he was just as consumers search, while a maker of forged documents was his  friend.

From the description of Ifan, police immediately arresting Devilianor alias Gabau and he was arrested on May 21, 2016 at around 14:00 pm.

Gabau arrested at his home. In the house police found evidence, including a computer, printer scan, dryers, stamps and pads, white and red strap (to produce a seal letter and certificate of land), a ream of photo papers.

Furthermore, a bundle of plastic laminating, blank SIUP (business permit), blank KK (family card), hammer, carter, glue, tiles (chopping boards), rulers, 39 sheets of print-ready SIM, 98 tax sheets to be taken hologram, BPKB (vehicle ownership documents) ready to print, the bundle ID card ready to print.

Not only that, there is also a 99 sheets of STNK (vehicle tax payments), 73 STNK sheets of four-wheeled vehicle, land certificate, family card, marriage certificate and diploma all real or fake.

In addition police also managed to secure a Hilux car and a Mirage car for using fake STNK.

"Both the perpetrator and any evidence of their crimes all secured and detained by the police to further legal proceedings," said former Vice Traffic Director of Polda Metro Jaya.

The number one in the ranks of Banjarmasin Police also said the modus operandi by attaching the original hologram false tax to the tax. STNK and tax papers swiped with bayclin liquid, and collecting fake STNK.

From Devilianor confession, police managed to arrest a theft of motor vehicles (curanmor) named Darmili alias Mili.

"Perpetrator of this curanmor has long been a target of the operation and in the interrogation he confessed had done six curanmor in different scenes in Banjarmasin," he said accompanied by the Head of Criminal Investigation unit AKP Arief Prasetya Sik and Head of Traffic unit Kompol Tuschad Cipta Herdani Sik.
