Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Toyota Fortuner driver who crashed into a motorcyclist to death at a red light Belitung intersection, West Banjarmasin, became a suspect.


"After the examination by traffic police investigators the driver finally named as a suspect," said Banjarmasin City Police Chief Kombes Wahyono here on Tuesday.

From the investigation, it was known that the accident was due to negligence of the suspect, IF (42), resulting one motorcyclist killed.

The suspect already knew that he was ill, but still dare to drive a car.

"The results of examination by our investigators who handled the case, at the time of driving he was in a state of sick," he said.

Wahyono continued to say that the deadly Toyoto Fortuner case file of has been delegated to the Banjarmasin Prosecutor's office.

"Hopefully this traffic accident cases file accepted by the prosecutor's office, so we could do a phase 2 handed over the suspect and evidence," he said.

The accident which involved a Fortuner driver occurred on Saturday (6/2) at around 20:30 pm killed a motorcyclist, Nanda Amalia (29), and caused two people seriously injured and three blisters.

The accident allegedly accured when the Fortuner with plate number DA 999 ZV driver suffered a heart attack and stopped at a red light intersection road Belitung.
