"Besides taking sampling of wet and dry fish, BBPOM also took fisheries such as shrimp production and ronto or traditional food made from dried shrimp fermentation," she said.
The team of BBPOM that takes sampling and conduct laboratory tests using laboratory Cars, so testing is done on the spot.
Tanah Bumbu is one of the suppliers of marine fish in South Kalimantan, so the BBPOM Banjarmasin team went to the field to ensure that the marine fish of the district is safe to consume.
