Martapura, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - The District Military Command 1006/Martapura, South Kalimantan, helping residents from clean water shortages in its community service in TNI Manunggal Membangun Desa (TMMD) or Integrated Village Development program.
Commander of Military District 1006/Martapura Lt Col Ade Putra Eka here on Monday said the-95th TMMD in Banjar district covers three villages. They are Lubang Baru Village, Lok Tunggal and Sukaramai all in the Sub-district of Pengaron.
"Army personnel involved in the program, especially Babinsa, helping residents from clean water shortages by taking some water from the source," said the commander.
He said the military personnel come from all good forces. Army, Navy and Air Force were involved as many as 150 members to work together with the community in the program.
He mentioned that the program has been prepared covering physical, including road infrastructure, household facilities, and a number of non-physical activities such as counseling.
"Physical programs such as building roads length of 10 kilometers. Five kilometers for road pavement and five kilometers for opening the road," he said.
