Although the committee plans to empower 700 residents homes to be a place of stay, it should be anticipated with the ships.
According to him, during the Hari Nusantara celebration, which is a national agenda, lot of tourists, both domestic and foreign, will be coming in droves. So, it is likely Kotabaru face a shortage of rooms.
Therefore, he suggested that the local organizing committee to coordinate with the Maritime Affairs Ministry to involve the Indonesian Navy warship and Pelni ships which have facilities meet the standards of eligibility for accommodations.
The legislator explained, grand agenda like this is rare. It is necessary that all parties are working and do the maximum so Hari Nusanata in Kotabaru successful and to be able to use it as a promotional event for its superior products.
