Pelaihari, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - Tanah Laut Vice Regent H Sukamta said the findings of the Supreme Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK-RI) and the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) on the management of minerals mining in 12 provinces is a serious concern for Tanah Laut.
From the findings, Tala was given time to complete all of these findings related to royalty arrears, guarantees of reclamation, supporting data licensing, and overlapping land within a month.
"The findings of BPK-RI and KPK poured in a matrix of corruption action plan for the management of mineral mining in 12 provinces should be a serious concern to be resolved," said Sukamta in a joint coordination meeting with Banjarbaru Pratama Tax Office, at the Hall Sarantang Saruntung, Regent Office, in Pelaihari on Wednesday (22/10).
At the time of submission of the report meeting last July 10, 2014, the Commission several times stressed that local governments take immediate action in the form OF revoking mining permit (IUP).
"If within the specified time limit IUP holders does not fulfill their obligations, he dealt with firmly sanction of IUP revocation. For the year 2015, IUP is targeted to be clear and clean. I hope that these issues can be a concern to all stakeholders, especially the owners of IUP to immediately fulfill all the obligations that become, "he said.
