Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - South Kalimantan Regional Police Chief Brig.Gen. Machfud Arifin said the armed gold robber syndicate who hit a gold shop at Ujung Murung Market, Banjarmasin, on January 8, with the loss of 5 Kg gold, has been uncovered.

According to him, four people directly involved in robbery. Three people as recipients of the robberies, one suspect gave his house as a place to set up facilities for robbery strategy.

"So now  eight people has been arrested," he said on Monday during a police case title in Banjarmasin.

Machfud detailing, for the first four robbers named Roni Prayetno aka Roni Susanto aka Andut, second Tugiman aka Dudung, third Munajib alias Ahong, and four Anang M.

While the three receptacle are M Mustaim aka Taim, Boediono alias Gondrong, Kristianto alias Kentong. While the other one Jintao who provide a place to set up a robbery caught in Palangkaraya, Central Kalimantan.

"Other offenders were arrested separately, in Kudus, Semarang, and Jakarta, and recently brought here (Banjarmasin) last night," he said.

According to him, the police are still hunting for the other actors, although the brains behind the robbery had been arrested, Roni Susanto aka Andut.

From  Andut description, ten of them robbed. Six people into the  gold shop equipped with firearm, the other three waited in the vehicle and one other supervise outside or guard outpost.

"After robbing, partially blurred by road to Palangkaraya, Central Kalimantan, most immediately crossed over to the island of Java," he said.

The loot sold in Kudus and Semarang. "Around Rp2 billion and we share the money," he said.
