Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (Antaranews ) - Two of the four actors who frequently mugging in Banjarmasin shot by the police for trying to fight and want to escape in time of the arrest.
Chief of Banjarmasin Criminal Investigation Unit (Reserse) Police, Kompol Afner Juwono Sik here on Thursday said, the four perpetrators were arrested in a joint operation of the Banjarmasin Reserse Police and South Banjarmasin Sector Police (Polsekta).
He said that the two actors are forced to be paralyzed with hot lead. They fought against officer and they both also as the brain in the action.
The arrest was not made ​​at once. First arrested was Fahroni aka Roni ( 24 ) on Tuesday (24/12) at around 16:30. Then caught again M Edi Ramadan aka Edi (22) at around 23:00.
Police continue to develop, on Wednesday (25/12) morning around 01.30 they caught Syaipullah aka Ipul (27) and Muhammad Riza aka Riza (22).
All actors in the category of theft with violence was captured while resting engrossed in the house to hide from the police.
Two perpetrators who forced to be shot by police for trying to run away and fight when they attempt to capture were Roni and Pullah .
The last time of their action was on Monday (23/12) night around 21:00 in Km 6 area right on the Pramuka road. They snatched a purse belonging to a victim.
"They often mugging in a dozen times in 2013, and the last was Monday night, " said the graduated police from the Police Academy class 2000.
Afner said the perpetrators immediately taken to the Banjarmasin Police Headquaters. While Roni and Pullah rushed to the Police Hospitals Hoegeng Imam Santoso in order to obtain medical treatment to remove the bullet lodged in their feet.
After medical treatment, they all gathered in the Criminal Investigation Unit and Violent Crimes Unit . Of police interrogation, they did mugging 16 times during 2013 with a different scene.
The results of the mugging was done for entertainment, pay debts, binge drinking, playing games on line, as well as daily living expenses.
They were all charged under article 365 jo 363 the draft Criminal Law (KUHP) under penalty of five years in prison.
