Kotabaru, (Antaranews, South Kalimantan) - Regent Kotabaru, H. Irhami Ridjani, stating the amount of the quota of fuel (BBM) for Kotabaru still lacking.

"As a result, line of two and four-wheeled vehicles to get fuel at each refueling stations (SPBU) lasted for hours," said Regent in Kotabaru, Thursday (4/4), without mentioning the fuel quota for Kotabaru.

According to Irhami, if this problem is not immediately look for a solution, it is feared there will be social unrest. In fact, he added, the impact will be expanded to nine staples (sembako) price will also rise.

To avoid such conflicts, Regency Kotabaru will do some strategic steps. Among them, planning to add SPBU, so the fuel needs in Kotabaru will be fulfilled and the public will also be easier to get fuel. Irhami asked PT Pertamina Branch Kotabaru, to increase the amount of fuel quota at every gas station.

He also will make circulars or affirmation, addressed to the companies that use non-subsidized fuel fleet. He suspects, most of the subsidized fuel  run to the companies.
