Banjarmasin, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - The Class I Banjarmasin Harbor Master (KSOP) will soon implement an online system to improve services at Tabonio Port.
Head of Banjarmasin KSOP Bambang Gunawan here Friday said the implementation of the online system is expected to begin to be implemented in the next two weeks. Through the digitalization system, all shipping service activities in the Tabonio region will be well monitored.
Starting from the arrival of the ship, it was immediately recorded in an online system connected between the systems belonging to the Port Owned Business Entity (BUP) and the system owned by KSOP.
In addition, the loading and unloading process up to a count of loads will also be better monitored.
"After KSOP and port service users mutually understand how to implement the digitization system, we will implement the next two weeks," he said after opening the socialization of the online system implementation which was attended by representatives from 16 service agent companies in Banjarmasin.
The digitization system, he added, will gradually be applied throughout KSOP work area.
