Batulicin, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - The Indonesia Ferry,  River, Lake and Sea Crossing Transportation Agency (ASDP) Batulicin Branch Tanah Bumbu, South Kalimantan, until up to now has not been able to operate the KMP Bamega to serve passengers on the Teluk Gosong Pulau Laut - Pulau Sebuku route because it is still awaiting a decision from the regional head.


"The decision of the regional head includes the determination of ticket fares for passenger and goods," said PT ASDP Batulicin Branch General Manager Yudhi Yanuar through Business Manager Marsadik here on Saturday.

After the decision is made, then a calculation will be made for the disbursement of subsidized funds by the central government.

He explained, in addition to waiting for the decision from the regional head, there also must be an agreement by the South Kalimantan Transportation Agency so that the Bamega vessel would immediately be operated in accordance with the decree stipulated by the Minister of Transportation.

All supporting facilities such as the pier in Teluk Gosong and Sebuku Island have been declared feasible by the South Kalimantan Land Transportation Management Agency (BPTD) as the manager of the pier construction project on Sebuku Island and Pulau Laut.

"Right now, we are just waiting for the decision of the Kotabaru regional head in determining the tariff," he said.
