Barabai, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - The Central Hulu Sungai (HST) District Government received the 2018 award of high compliance to the public service standards in accordance with Law Number 25/2009.


The award was handed over by Deputy Chairperson of the Republic of Indonesia Ombudsman Lely Pelitasari Soebekty to Acting Regent H A Chairansyah in Jakarta on Monday (12/10).

According to Chairansyah, based on the Indonesian Ombudsman's survey, the standard of service for the HST Government was included in the category of high compliance level with a score of 83.96 and categorized as the green zone.

"We are very grateful for this extraordinary achievement and greatly appreciate all the performance of state apparatus (ASN) in each agency (SKPD) that has worked according to the regulation of public openness and facilitates citizens in service," he said.

He asked all ASN in the HST to be motivated to improve public services in accordance with the standards of service that are easy, effective, fast, simple, transparent and accountable.

"This is the commitment of our government since the past has been assessed or not have to provide the best service because it has become a community need and the government must provide according to regulatory standards," he said.

Chairman of the Indonesian Ombudsman Amzulian Rifai said the assessment was a momentum to strengthen the country's commitment to accelerate the improvement of the quality of public services in Indonesia.
