Batulicin, S Kalimantan (Antaraews Kalsel) - The Indonesia Ferry,  River, Lake and Sea Crossing Transportation Agency (ASDP) Branch of Batulicin will soon operate a passenger ship KMP Bamega to open the Laut Island - Sebuku Island (both in Kotabaru) route.


Head of the Batulicin Branch of ASDP Yudhi Yanuar accompanied by Business Manager Marsadik here on Thursday said the operation of Bamega is planned to begin in November 2018, waiting for completion of the construction of the pier on Sebuku Island.

In addition, Yanuar explained, ASDP still proposes to Kotabaru Regent, how much is the agreed tariff rate. However, PT ASDP also has a minimum standard of tariff that is adjusted to service operations.

The proposed tariff will be synergized with subsidies from the central government. "Nominal tariff is Rp18,000 for adult passengers, Rp13,000 for children, while two-wheeled vehicles Rp53,000, four-wheeled Rp342,000, and all of that is still waiting for an agreement," Yanuar explained.
