"For us, this award is a motivation to be better, especially in maintaining transparency and accountability as a public company," he said after receiving an award at Balai Kartini, Jakarta.
Astra Agro named as the "Best Public Company". This appreciation is given to an open company that successfully maintains the level of stock trading activity well and is supported by the positive performance of the company's fundamentals over the last three years.
Looking ahead to the age of 30, he hopes, Astra Agro can continue to improve its operational performance and contribute positively to the community as mandated by the Astra founding father, which is an asset that continues to provide benefits for the nation.
Deputy for Restructuring and Business Development of the Ministry of SOEs Aloysius Kiik Ro said the trade surplus contributed to maintaining rupiah stability and exchange rate.
"One of them is the palm oil commodity sector which consistently still contributes positively to the trade balance through the export of CPO," he said.
He congratulated the award recipients. The award is expected to motivate the performance of the issuer (emiten) to always improve operational performance, and become the inspiration for other companies in improving transparency, accountability and independence.
