Banjarmasin, S Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - The Banjarbaru District Court is ready to hold a trial related to the lawsuit of the landowner with a certificate (SHM) No. 5048 Iwan Sardjono against PT Angkasa Pura I.
"We have received a summons letter that the trial will be held on Thursday, March 15, 2018, at 09.00 am in Banjarbaru District Court," said Dr. H. Fauzan Ramon SH MH as the attorney of the landowner.
According to him, the summoning letter to attend the trial was signed by Banjarbaru Court Substitute Confiscator Susilo dated March 7, 2018.
"In this case, our client will fight the President Director of PT Angkasa Pura I and his friends as the defendants," said the lawyer.
Previously the lawsuit has been submitted by the plaintiff on 27 February to the Chairman of Banjarbaru District Court.
In addition to PT Angkasa Pura I as defendant 1, the plaintiff also sued three other parties namely YM as defendant 2, Land Procurement Committee Team (TP2T) of Banjarbaru as defendant 3 and Head of Banjarbaru Land Agency as defendant 4.
Fauzan asserted that the lawsuit was filed because the defendants have not fulfilled their obligation to provide compensation for his client's 12,105 square meters land located at Jalan Sempati RT 41 RW IX, Syamsudin Noor Urban Village, Banjarbaru.
"Since April 2017, the land has been controlled unilaterally by PT Angkasa Pura I by leveling the land of disputed using bulldozers, and has also been fenced without the knowledge and permission of the legitimate owner Iwan Sardjono," Fauzan concluded.
