PT Antang prepares 10 thousand portions of food

Rantau, S Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - PT Antang Gunung Meratus (AGM) hosted Tapin with 10,000 meals to enliven the 52nd anniversary of the district in the Rantau Baru Open Space Area on Thursday (30/11).

Deputy External Affairs PT AGM M Fatchoel Hadi said 10 thousand portions of food are provided and distributed to the community who present at the peak of Tapin anniversary as a sign of gratitude.

"This is our annual agenda of PT AGM in cooperation with Tapin government and this as our gratitude for the 52nd anniversary and also for all the progress in Tapin," he said.

At this culinary festival, PT AGM provides a variety of foods from beverages, cakes, and other foods, so that people who come can choose their own foods they want to enjoy.

"At this culinary festival we embrace merchants in Tapin and of course it also as a forum to promote their stalls in this activity," he said again.

Abdillah, a resident of Parigi Village, Tapin, who came with his family was eager to enjoy the culinary provided at the festival.

"It's incredible as if this is a big Thanksgiving, but it may need an arrangement for people not to scramble when want to taste the culinary provided," he said.

In addition to culinary, the festivity of the peak of 52nd Tapin anniversary also held race up pinang, Tapin Expo 2017 opening, and offerings 126 rice tumpeng prepared by each village across the district.
