A builder ravishes a minor

Kandangan, S Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - A suspect for obscene against a minor, SU (29) in South Hulu Sungai District (HSS) was arrested by cops of Kandangan Police Sector (Polsek).

HSS Police Chief Adj Sr Comr (AKBP) Rahmat Budi Handoko through Head of Public Relations First Insp (Iptu) H Gandhi Ranu S in Kandangan, Saturday (11), said SU, whose days as a builder was arrested for ravishing a minor, MU (14).

"We detained SU in Kandangan Police Prison, and he is threatened with article 82 paragraph 1 Law (UU) of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) No. 35/2014 on Amendment to Law No.23/2002 on child protection," he said.

The incident of obscenity has apparently lasted since August 2017. SU admitted forgetting the exact day and date of his doing obscenity against the victim, who is a student of a junior high school.

"SU utilize the situation of the victim's house because of her old people left to the market to sell vegetables. MU alone was in the shower," he said.

After bathing, the victim went to the room still wearing a towel. He saw SU already outside the room and immediately embraced the victim and committed obscenity.

In the presence of the investigator, SU confessed his depraved deeds and each wanted to carry out his actions he forced and threatened the victim.

Kandangan Police Chief Adj Comr (AKP) Zaini Husni said SU just resigned when secured and confessed his actions.

This case is revealed to the report of the family of the victim that their child was abused by SU.
