Pelaihari, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - A couple of husband and wife, Shohibi Alkadir and Rasuti, residents of Plasma Hamlet, Pulau Sari Village, in Tanah Laut District, South Kalimantan, were killed in a fire on Friday (1/9).
The death of the husband and wife due to the house they stayed caught on fire during a rotating blackout by PT PLN Region South and Central Kalimantan.
According to Suroso, the victim's neighbor, the couple were trapped in a blaze inside their room.
"Not only the husband and wife caught on fire, all their property can not be saved," he said.
He explained that the victim is a retired teacher under the Religious Affairs Ministry office in Tapin District, South Kalimantan, and currently working his oil palm plantation.
