Civil servant steals Samsat's motorcycle

Kandangan, (Antaranews South Kalimantan) - RW (34) and HA (48) have to deal with the police for being caught stealing Vehicle Document Registration Center (Samsat) Kandangan motorcycles service on Tuesday (20/6) at 09.30.

South Hulu Sungai police chief Adj Sr Comr (AKBP) Rahmat Budi Handoko through Head of Operation Heri Munanto said the two suspects were arrested based on victim's Tugiono report an official motorcycle had been stolen at Samsat Kandangan's house on Sunday (21/5).

The worse is one of the suspects, RW, resident of North Kandangan, is a civil servant (PNS) who also works in Samsat Kandangan. While, HA, a resident of Padang Batung, acted as a catcher or a buyer of stolen goods from RW.

"Both suspects have been arrested with evidence of one stolen Kawasaki KLX motorcycle without a green plate," he said.

He said the arrest of both suspects conducted by crime detective unit of Kandangan Sector Police together with Buser mobile detective (Buser) of HSS police after following up the report from the victim within 1 x 24 hours.
