Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (antaranewsKalsel) -The South Kalimantan Prosecutor Office (Kejati) continues to call in turns members of the South Kalimantan Legislative Council (DPRD) to disclose an alleged fictitious service trips for fiscal year 2015.


"On Wednesday (10/5), three DPRD members were summoned, they are RNB, AR and B," said Head of Law Information Section of Kejati Makhfujat in Banjarmasin on Thursday.

Of the three legislative only two who fulfilled,  RNB and AR from the PDI-P faction.

While B, who is known as speaker of South Kalimantan DPRD, did not come to fulfill the call.

"I have not received any information from my colleagues who did the examination related to the absence of the concerned," said Makhfujat.

Meanwhile, the RNB immediately rushed to leave the investigation room after undergoing examination.

"I was only asked with 2 to 3 new questions related to where the trip and the process of disbursement of funds," he said briefly.

Previously, at the stage of gathering materials, Kejati has summoned 12 witnesses from DPRD members.

Their testimony is to make the case bright, in addition to waiting for audit results from the Development Finance Comptroller (BPKP) which has not been released yet.
