Social Minister Reviews SLRT in Tapin

Rantau, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Minister of Social Affairs Hj Khafifah Indar Parawansa was in her working visit when she review the activity of Integrated Service and Referral System for Social Protection and Poverty Reduction (SLRT) Sapantun" in Tapin Social Agency, South Kalimantan.

The minister when visiting Tapin explained the function of SLRT and non-cash direct assistance of Indonesia Health Card (KIS) and Family Hope Program (PKH). 

"This SLRT service must be integrated with the BPS, Social Agency, and the regions so that the data obtained is valid and reliable," she said.

Hopefully, we will have a system that knows anyone who already has KIS and PKH in each village, and who is entitled to receive the assistance from the central government.

Vice Regent of Tapin H Sufian Noor thanked her for her arrival and also for the entry of Tapin among three districts in South Kalimantan as SLRT receivers.

"We hope that the arrival of minister could provide guidance to 54 SLRT personnel who served in Tapin," he said.

In addition, he said, Integrated Service and Reference System is very helpful for local government and for the people of Tapin in particular.

"Hopefully people can Tapin were helped by this SLRT," he said.

Non-cash food aid which was launched by the President H Joko Widodo on February 23 given to the recipient of Prosperous Family Card (KKS) and PKH

KKS recipient will receive assistance of Rp110 thousand per month which could be exchanged with rice and other staples, such as flour, cooking oil and eggs, with rice prices Rp8500 per kg.

PKH is for a very poor family as and the contents of the card is Rp1.890.000. The holder may withdraw money four times in one year and could not withdraw at once.
