East Banjarmasin Police Uncovers Fake Ecstasy Manufacture

Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - East Banjarmasin crime detective police uncovered the manufacture of ecstasy kind of ineks allegedly fake and arrested the perpetrator.

East Banjarmasin Police Chief Commissioner Dese Yulianti SH here on Friday said the fake ineks was found when the culprit was caught in a raid.

He showed suspicious movements when police saw him at Jalan A Yani Km 4.5, East Banjarmasin, on Sunday (19/2) morning around 00.30 am.

Police examined him and found 13 red pill ineks wrapped in black plastic in a cigarette box in his left rear pants pocket.

But did not stop there, the local police developed it to offender, his name F alias Ifit (33) house Road residents Glass Plates 7, Village Rose, Central Banjarmasin.

Here, the police found 10 green pills and 13 red pills allegedly ineks, said former Banjar Resort Police, Adj.

Police also found a set of sabu-sabu suction devices, a glass pipette, a bamboo stick for stirring the mixture of drugs, a small bamboo planks and two sisha tool used to print.

"Upon the finding the perpetrator and evidence directly secured to East Banjarmasin police station to undergo examination and further legal proceedings," said the police chief.

In the examination, the offender admitted that he learned to make fake ineks by autodidact with a mixture of starch and mosquito coils.

Although he confessed, and the results of laboratory showed the ineks found from him were fake, but the perpetrator can not be objected by Law No. 35 of 2009 on Narcotics.

But police still detained him, because he can be prosecuted under article 196 jo 197 Law No. 36 Year 2009 on Health with a penalty of 10 years in prison.
