Court to Execute Airport Expansion Land Soon

Banjarbaru, Kalsel,  (AntaranewsKalsel) - Execution of land which has not been released in the expansion project area of Syamsuddin Noor Airport Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, to be immediately implemented, official said.

"We have submitted a request and the Banjarbaru District Court already replied and expressed readiness to carry out the execution in the near future," said General Manager of PT Angkasa Pura I Syamsudin Noor Airport Handy Heryudhitiawan here, Wednesday.

He said he could not ensure the execution time, since the authority is in the hands of the District Court (PN) as executor. However, pre-execution by the court supported by relevant parties has been scheduled to be on Thursday (29/12). 

According to him, the technical implementation of the pre-execution is the court team visit to the ground object location and ensuring land to be empty before the executions carried out thereafter.

While Angkasa Pura already established coordination with the Provincial Government of South Kalimantan, Banjarbaru municipal government, including to the military and police to support the pre-execution,

"Execution is carried out on 36 buildings and 67 plots of land which covers 10.4 hectares but dispersed at some points in the expansion project of the airport," he said.

Concerning the refusal of landowners on the pre-execution or execution, Handy said could not comment by reason the court as executor.

"We are only as of the petitioner, and hope the owners of land and all parties to support airport development plan which has been pending since 2012," he said.
