Rantau, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Frequently persecuted by a thug, a father and son fight back. They duel, till the thug eventually died.


The father and son were then quickly arrested by the Tapin Police and South Tapin Sector police. 

According to the Head of Tapin Criminal Police AKP Susilo, they were nabbed at home on Friday afternoon at 14.00 pm (9/12). "Perpetrators are two men, a father and his son," he said.

The perpetrator, Rs (58), a retired civil servant, a resident of the Ness 17, Rumintin village, South Tapin, and his son MN (17), who live with his parents.

AKP Susilo acknowledged, victim MA (29), resident of the Suato Tatakan village, South Tapin, known as constantly provoking, making citizens felt restless.

That night, the victim quarreled with Rs for he was doing mischief, and wanted to close Rs's stall. A fight broke out, and seeing the father harassed by the victim, the boy intends to intervene and help.

"The son who intended to intervene was also slashed by the thug," said the head of reskrim again.

Meanwhile, RS said that the victim often did mischief in his neighbors.

"I have just been stabbed several times before, but we keep silent," he said.

The son justified his father confession. According to MN, at that night he only stabbed the victim with a dagger which belonged to the victim.

"That night the victim brought two wasi (knife), I grab one, I stab to the stomach," he said.

On Friday at around 0:15 pm found a man's dead body covered in blood with five wounds and slash and stabs lying on the footbridge towards a stall which was empty.
