State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (PAN-RB) Minister Abdullah Azwar Anas launched the Banjarbaru City digital Public Service Mall (MPP).
The Minister launched Banjarbaru's digital MPP, which is managed by the Investment and One Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP), along with other MPPs in Indonesia simultaneously from Jakarta on Thursday (March 7, 2024).
"The launching of digital MPP by PAN-RB Minister marks that public services in Banjarbaru have been provided digitally," said Banjarbaru Mayor Muhammad Aditya Mufti Ariffin in a press statement in Banjarbaru, Thursday.
The digital MPP, he said, provides easiness and quick in serving the community.

Aditya hopes the digital MPP, which already has a representative building with various infrastructure and supporting facilities, will make public services faster and develop more rapidly.
"Hopefuly the digital MPP will make services easier for the public, and people as well as business actors can make good use of this latest innovation," he said.
Previously, PAN-RB Minister said that the digital MPP is an important step to push the implementation of Electronic Based Service System (SPBE).
"The world's great countries have an excellent index of SPBE, so it is an example of how to do it well. So, we are encouraging all MPPs that are running to become digital-based services," he said.
Minister Azwar Anas hopes that government services to the public could be facilitated through four ecosystems of MPP, namely direct service, mobile service, self service and electronic service.
"Through the four ecosystem of services provided through MPP digitally, services become faster, easier, and more integrated, such as KTP (ID), SIM (driver’s license) and SKCK (Police clearance letter) services," he said.
