The government of Kotabaru District, South Kalimantan, represented by Regional Secretary Said Akhmad signed a grant agreement regarding financial assistance to support the Kotabaru Penitentiary development program.
"We hope the grant assistance can be as useful as possible to support the development at the Kotabaru Penitentiary," said Said Akhmad here, Thursday.
The grant, he said, is a clear evidence of the regional government's commitment to providing the best service to the district residents, including those in the penitentiary.
“To provide the best service to the public, we hope that this well-established collaboration will continue,” he said.
Said hopes that cooperation between the Kotabaru District Government and Law and Human Right Ministry, including Kotabaru Penitentiary, to continue and improving for a better service to the citizens are currently receiving guidance in local prison.

Head of South Kalimantan Office of Law and Human Right Ministry Faisol Ali expressed his support and appreciation for the agreement made by the Kotabaru Penitentiary and the local government.
Faisol Ali presented a certificate of appreciation to the local government for its participation in supporting the program of activities and care for the inmates at Kotabaru Penitentiary.
He hopes that the collaboration between the two will continue to run well.
He said he is ready to support and assist local government program related to public service in Kotabaru.
Head of Kotabaru Penitentiary Yosef Benyamin Yembise expressed his gratitude to the Kotabaru government for the grant given to the penitentiary.
