Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of Banjarmasin City Police AKP Arief Prasetya said the killer of a teacher charged with death penalty Article.
"The perpetrator did a planned murder to the victim and we charge him with Article 340 of the Criminal Code on planned murder with a maximum threat of death penalty," he said during expose of the case on Monday.
The young officer, graduated from the Police Academy class of 2005, said the planned murder was seen before the act he must first set up a means of escape.

"For 30 minutes actor Iwan Nuari (28) did his action until the victim actually died, the perpetrator fled through the back door of the victim's house," he said.
The actor, which is Eastern Banjarmasin resident, killing victim named Retno Ariandini (24), a vocational high school teacher, was motivated by revenge.
The murder took place on Friday (29/4) afternoon around 15:30 pm in Satellite Complex Jalan Pramuka, East Banjarmasin, and the perpetrator was caught on Saturday (30/4) night at around 19:00 pm while in Jalan Pembangunan, Gang Pandan, West Banjarmasin.
"Members had to shoot the perpetrator because when the arrest perpetrator even fight and attacked the officer to escape, and throw himself into the swamp," he said.
