Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - The Banjarmasin Public Order (Satpol PP) personnel dismantled six houses at a former localization (brothel) allegedly still open for prostitution.


"There were six houses we dismantled, because they practice prostitution," said Head of Order and Rule of Satpol PP Apilludin Noor in Banjarmasin on Wednesday.

He said the six buildings that were demolished in the ex-localization at Jalan Tembus Mantuil Gang Ganda Magfirah, South Kelayan Village, Sub-district of South Banjarmasin. Demolition escorted by military police personnel.

Previously, the Satpol PP received reports that ex-localization, whose known as Ria Bagau, still operates to prostitution.

After investigation and allegedly sex trading activity still taking place at that location, then on Wednesday (3/2) afternoon Satpol PP do the demolition.

"What we dismantle only six buildings because we already know and the rest of the house belonging to ordinary citizens, and we do not favoritism in the demolition," he said at the location.

According to Apil, one month ago at the same location, the Satpol PP raided the houses, but they were still not in compliance.

Demolition was conducted by completely demolished until they can no longer commit prostitution.

"Implementation of the demolition is in accordance with the orders and rules for the practice of prostitution is prohibited," he said.
