The Kotabaru Employment and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) has disseminated Employment Law to the State Civil Apparatus (ASN).
"The dissemination of the Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Ministry's Regulation No. 8 of 2021 concerning the Performance Management System for Civil Servant aims to increase the capacity of the state apparatus," said Kotabaru Regional Secretary H Said Akhmad, Tuesday.
In addition, the Government Regulation Number 30 of2019 concerning the Performance Assessment of Civil Servant was also disseminated.
"ASN are state servants and public servants whose duties and obligations concern the public interest, so they are required to play an active role as government officials who are cleaner, become examples, dedicated and responsible, shown by high discipline and good performance," he said.
He hopes that this dessimination to equalize perception related to performance and discipline aspects of civil servants, in order to improve the quality and professionalism of apparatus who have a moral integrity, professional, accountable, and more productive.
