Kotabaru, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Management of Tiga Roda cement company PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk has three times summoned by South Kalimantan Regional Police (Polda) related to Kotabaru district head.
"I've been three times attended the summon to provide information related to this issue," said Manager of Indocement Corporate Public Internal Affairs Division Alexander Frans to AntaranewsKalsel via cell phone on Sunday.
He said the summon to give testimony as a witness has occurred since the last 1-3 months. His presence to the police as a witness, even he did not know who report the case.
"We just give all the information asked by the police, and we do not give an answer out of the question," said Alexander.
He explained that the land in cases is the land in the midst of the company's location in the village of Tarjun, Sub-district of Kelumpang Hilir, Kotabaru.
Previously, Regent Kotabaru Irhami Ridjani claimed to have not received an official letter regarding the status from the Indonesian National Police.
Head of Public Relations Secretariat of Kotabaru Febrianta Sitepu, Friday (10/7) said that, until now Kotabaru district head has not received an official letter from the Police linked his status as a suspect.
"Determination of the status of the new suspect was known from the media," said Febrianta.
