Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Crystal methamphetamine factory owner who was arrested by South Kalimantan Regional Police has been submitted to the High Prosecutor's Office of South Kalimantan and soon he will undergo his first hearing in the District Court of Banjarmasin.
"The dossier (BAP) of crystal methamphetamine factory owner have been received from the High Court Investigator," said young registrar of Banjarmasin District Court Muhammad Gilani on Monday.
He said, he could not confirm the schedule because the file had just entered that need to be set so no collision with other criminal trial.
Meanwhile, the public prosecutor (JPU) Wahid from South Kalimantan Prosecutors' Office, one of the prosecutors who later prosecute the accused, confirming file of meth factory owner named Rustam, residents of Sungai Andai, Herlina Complex Block D II RT 45, North Banjarmasin, has been submitted to the District Court Banjarmasin.
"Yes it is true that file just had submitted to the District Court and hopefully next week trial schedule has been determined," he said.
The discovery of crystal meth factory was after police from Subdit II Ditresnarkoba South Kalimantan arrested a suspect named Rustam who was about to do transactions of crystal meth in Jalan Ampera, West Banjarmasin.
When Rustam caught, police interrogated and was surprised to know that the evidence secured from the suspect's hand shabu-shabu weighing 4.38 grams was processed by himself.
