Yusuf continued to say, there is some reason he pleaded for leniency of which the accused surrendered and aware of their mistakes.
In this case the clients are not the main actors, while the main actor is still vague and the police pursuit him.
"The main actor still vague and is currently still in pursuit of the police," said the man from the Organization for Consultancy and Legal Aid (LKBH) Unlam Banjarmasin.
Attorney assess the actions of the two defendants expressly slay Junaidi, Duan, Taslim and Mugeni so ensnare both with Article 340 in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) ke- (1) of the Criminal Code, Article 338 in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) ke- (1) of the Criminal Code , the second paragraph of Article 170 (2) ke- (3) of the Criminal Code.
