Banjarmasin, (Antaranews Kalimantan) - Banjarmasin City Government and the local assembly or DPRD finally agreed to dissolve the local government owned company PD Kayuh Baimbai built in 2003.

PD Kayuh Baimbai dissolution as revocation of Regional Regulation (Perda) Banjarmasin No. 10 of 2002 which became the basis of the establishment of regional-owned enterprises, on Wednesday.

Revocation of Regulation 10/2002 on parliament plenary meeting  approved by all factions in the legislative body.

Golkar Party (FPG) in assessing its view, the loss of PD Kayuh Baimbai not because of wrong regulation, but unprofessional management, so it is not able to compete in the business world.

"Since there was not a positive impact on the financial area, then we agree the regulation to be revoked," said FPG through his spokesman Dharma Sri Handayani.

"Repeal Regulation must be accompanied by a notice or informed so that people know," asked representatives of the National Mandate Party (PAN) Muhammad Suriani.

PAN hope, failure of Kayuh Baimbai not to be followed by other local companies belonging to the local municipal government.
