Barabai, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - District Government of Central Hulu Sungai, South Kalimantan, continues to prepare human resources, including nurses and medical personnel, to welcome the implementation of the ASEAN Economic Community.
HST Regional Secretary HA Parnowo in Barabai on Sunday said, the whole profession is in the area or in the center, either businessmen, teachers, doctors, professors, nurses, and other governments have to prepare the implementation of the AEC in 2015.
Preparation, he said, is important not to let Indonesian society eventually displaced and unable to compete with the people of other countries, who will be free to enter the country.
Earlier, hundreds of students from the Murakata Academy of Nursing Barabai enthusiastically listening to material submitted by the Secretary at a public lecture at their campus.
Lecture with the theme "Challenges in Nursing Profession Towards ASEAN Economic Community", is expected to be able to bring more information to the nurse and finally they race to increase capacity and services.
Meanwhile, Director of the academy, H Aang Indradiana, revealed the purpose of the lecture is to equip students with insight about outside world of health.
