Proklim is the government program to accelerate climate resilience at the village level. Related to the program, Jaro has done various of its leading effort to adapt and mitigate climate change.

Jaro, with the assistance of the local government and Adaro, has made its natural rice field into agro-tourism, as well as making farmers settlement clean, green, and beautiful, and independently developing superior rice seeds, rice food products, and communal cattle farming.

They also processed cow manure, both solid and liquid, into manure, bio-urine, and used as biogas.

The next challenge for Jaro is to win the Proklim Lestari trophy which is the highest level. PT Adaro Indonesia's CSR support this step.

Leny said PT Adaro Indonesia really cares about environmental issues that are developing today. It has become a priority issue, as environmental damages increase and started to result in changes in landscapes, including climate change.

Climate change is one of the strategic discussions in the development of environmental issues.
