Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - South Kalimantan Head of the Religious Affairs Ministry's office H Muhammad Tambrin express determination process of 1 Ramadan 1435 Hijri will be done with the new moon 'rukyatul' or see the position of the moon with binoculars.

"On Friday (27/6) or 29 Shaban 1435 H," said Tambrin in Banjarmasin, Thursday. 

According to him, the rukyatul hilal will take at regular place, at the top of the Bank  Kalsel building on Jalan Lambung Mangkurat, Friday (27/6) approximately at 18:23 pm. 

A number of stakeholders will be invited to the events, including the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) South Kalimantan, South Kalimantan Hisab and Rukyah Agency, IAIN Antasari academicians from Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan religious high court, religious organizations, the board of the mosque, rukyat and hisab practitioners, and the elements of South Kalimantan Religious Affairs Ministry's office. 

"So all will look directly at the position of the moon, and accountable through reporting to center, Religious Affairs Ministry's, whatever the outcome," he said. 

"But the certainty of the determination of the beginning of Ramadan still waiting for the government announced by Religious Affairs Minister Lukman Hakim Syaifuddin," said Tambrin.
